Consultation
Your initial 20-minute online consultation is complimentary and obligation-free.
Billing
You receive one consolidated invoice from Onemoola (monthly or yearly) in USD. Payments are processed securely via Paystack, and all applicable taxes will be included.
Cancellation
Onemoola's managed services can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. We will then assist in transferring your Google Workspace subscription to Google for direct billing.
Refunds
Subscription fees are paid in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current term. No credits will be issued for partial periods of service.
